2. Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
- Custom-made or opened electronic products (e.g., conductive ink, nozzles, special tips) are not eligible for return.
- Physically damaged items must be documented during delivery with a report.
3. Return Process
- Email your return request to support@beespenser.com with your order number.
- After approval, we will provide return instructions and the address.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund Process
- Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
- Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.
