2. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
  • Custom-made or opened electronic products (e.g., conductive ink, nozzles, special tips) are not eligible for return.
  • Physically damaged items must be documented during delivery with a report.

3. Return Process

  • Email your return request to support@beespenser.com with your order number.
  • After approval, we will provide return instructions and the address.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.
